Processing Time

All items are handmade and packaged by me.

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1–2 business days
  • Personalized items: Typically ship within 1–2 business days (most personalization is completed within 24–48 hours)

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates

We primarily ship via USPS & UPS. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

  • United States: Typically 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Canada: Delivery times vary by location and customs processing

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size/weight and destination.

  • Typical shipping costs range from $5–$60 depending on the item(s) in your order.
  • Free shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $35 (calculated after discounts and before taxes, unless stated otherwise at checkout).

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. We don’t have control over these fees and can’t predict what they may be.

Incorrect Addresses / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

Damaged Items in Transit

We package items carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

Resolution:

  • For damaged 3D printed items, we’ll replace the item at no cost when possible.
  • For irreparable items, we’ll issue a refund.
